We specializes in providing professional PCB design services for a diverse range of applications, ranging from simple single LED or button designs to advanced boards with multiple integrated circuits.

We utilize Altium Designer for designing professional circuit boards, and also offer the capability to export 3D models of the board to make the design of enclosures easier.

We are able to provide designs for 1, 2, or 4 layer PCBs. For more specialized PCBs with 4 or more layers, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to accommodate your requirements.

High speed board design

If your boards integrates ICs which have fast rise-times, we are extra careful when it comes to signal routing. Every critical signal takes special care considering impedance, so we reduce reflections and EMI to a minimum.

We provide time-matched routing of differential signal lines, so the signal integrity stays at the maximum level possible. We also make sure that your transmission line is properly terminated, so reflections are minimal.

Test Point Coverage

Maximum test pad coverage is provided on board, which allows to measure specific signals easier and debug your board faster. It also allows for ICT devices to fully test your board through production process.

Board Layer Stackup

When it comes to PCB layout stackup, the selection is heavily dependent on the specific application for which the board is intended. Factors that can significantly impact stackup selection include cost considerations, such as budget constraints for the overall PCB design, and the level of electromagnetic interference (EMI) that is acceptable for the board. Our team will take these factors into account and work to provide the desired functionality for your application while also ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with EMI requirements.

Manufacturing

Upon completion of a board layout, several files are generated to facilitate the manufacturing process. These include a Bill of Material, Gerber and Drill files compliant with industry standards, Pick and Place files for automated assembly, a 3D PDF of the board, Schematics, and Composite Drawings of all PCB layers. These files provide the necessary information for smooth and accurate fabrication of the PCB.

Enclosure Design

3D design, specifically enclosure design, involves creating digital models of physical enclosures using a 3D modeling software such as Solidworks. This can include designing the external housing for electronic devices, machinery, or other equipment. Enclosure design often involves creating precise and functional designs that meet specific technical requirements while also taking into account aesthetics and ergonomics.
